FrenchClasse.com provides online French language tutoring, including:
Personalized progress feedback.
Note: Our services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee formal qualifications.
One-on-one or group lessons via video conferencing.
Access to downloadable/streamable learning materials (e.g., worksheets, videos).
2. User Registration & Account Management
- Registration: Users must provide accurate information (name, email, etc.) and be at least 18 years old. Minors require parental consent.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or prolonged inactivity
3. Payment Terms & Refunds
- Fees: All class packages or subscriptions are payable upfront. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards or PayPal.
- Refunds:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel a class 24+ hours before its start time.
- No refunds for late cancellations (<24 hours) or missed classes.
- Subscription plans may be refunded pro rata for unused services if canceled within 14 days of purchase.
- Late Payments: Unpaid fees may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All teaching materials (videos, worksheets, etc.) are owned by FrenchClasse.com or licensed partners.
- You may download/use materials for personal learning only. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Class Scheduling, Cancellation & Attendance
- Scheduling: Book classes via your account dashboard. Availability is subject to tutor schedules.
- Cancellation: Cancel/reschedule classes ≥24 hours in advance via the platform. Late cancellations forfeit the class credit.
- Attendance: Tutors will wait 10 minutes for late arrivals. Afterward, the class is marked as completed.
6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
- Data Collected: We collect personal data (name, email, payment details) to deliver services and improve user experience.

7. Code of Conduct for Online Classes
- Maintain respectful communication with tutors and peers.

8. Technical Requirements
To attend classes, you must have:
- A stable internet connection (min. 5 Mbps upload/download).
- A functioning webcam, microphone, and speakers.
- Updated video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Note: We are not responsible for technical issues on your device/internet.
9. Limitation of Liability
- FrenchClasse.com is not liable for:
- Technical failures (e.g., platform outages, connectivity issues).
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost time, data) arising from service use.
- Third-party content linked from our platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
